The History
of our HEAT
Darryl attended a friends party and his friend served a tray of what else but “his version” of Buffalo Wings. They were pretty good, but really not much different than the other 100 or so variations we all have tasted. Over the next few weeks Darryl tinkered in his kitchen and Brothers HEAT, a Texas Peppery-Sweet Gourmet Chicken Wing (and more!) Sauce was born. In fact it’s so good with its “sweet-warmth”, that we found it to be great on other things—such as fish, shrimp and pork. We’ve begun to call our HEAT the “wings & things” sauce.
